AnCeAn is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require a login, and we do not collect, store, or sell your personal data. The app functions by pulling publicly available FPL API data to your device locally.

The app may use standard Apple services for notification delivery. No personal identifiers are shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Accuracy of Information: While AnCeAn aims to provide 100% accurate Fantasy Premier League (FPL) deadline information, all data is provided on an "as-is" basis. This app relies on external APIs and internal device timers which may be subject to synchronization delays or technical errors.

User Responsibility: This app is a supplementary tracking tool. It is your sole responsibility to verify official deadlines via the Premier League’s official website or app.

No Liability: By using AnCeAn, you agree that the developer (Brian O'Sullivan) shall not be held liable for any missed deadlines, failed transfers, loss of points, or changes in mini-league rankings. We are not responsible for any "emotional damage" caused by benching a player who goes on to score a hat-trick.

4. Technical Failures

The developer is not responsible for notification failures, widget refresh delays, or internet connectivity issues that may result in the display of outdated deadline information.
